Overview

The Vice President, Product Management and PMO, will play a critical role in driving growth within OraSure Technologies Inc. This role will define and lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for the sample management and diagnostic portfolios. Through a team of professionals, the Head of PM will work to identify and quantify market opportunities, develop and vet product concepts and lead efforts to develop and commercialize the products. The Vice President will also work to establish and execute appropriate life cycle management plans including evolution of claims, COGS reduction programs, pricing analysis and line rationalization efforts. This role will work closely with the cross functional leadership team in the execution of these responsibilities. This role will ensure that business projects are executed effectively and efficiently. This role will operate in a player/coach model and may have direct responsibility for a specific product line, in addition to the oversight of the team. It is expected that the leader of this group will participate actively in corporate initiatives around mentorship, belonging and communication.

What You Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Business or the Sciences is required. Advanced degree in the Sciences, an MBA or equivalent business experience requiredSignificant experience (15+ years) in leading global product management, strategy, innovation, and/or strategic business planning in a related field, preferably with profit/loss accountability. All relevant experience will be considered.
