About the role:

As a Senior Analyst of Strategy and Insights, you will act as a lynch pin between Marketing, Sales, Finance, and the Executive team. You will help create GoHealth’s core operational plan while also ideating and implementing strategies to execute that plan. A successful Senior Analyst of Strategy and Insights will demonstrate the ability to autonomously analyze data, draw focused conclusions, build operational strategies, and execute those strategies while balancing multiple stakeholders. The Senior Analyst will join a growing team of 4.


About the team:
The Strategy and Insights team comprises four dynamic professionals, spanning from Director to Senior Analyst roles. Functioning as the GoHealth ‘S.W.A.T’ team, they approach challenges with enthusiasm and a collaborative spirit. Beyond their work hard mentality, they are often found in the office parlor for weekly game days and team lunches.

What you’ll do:

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Act as a key liaison between Marketing, Sales, Finance, and the Executive team to facilitate seamless communication and coordination, ensuring alignment with GoHealth’s overarching objectives.Contribute to Operational Planning: Play a vital role in the development of GoHealth’s operational plan by providing insights, recommendations, and strategic inputs to enhance overall business performance.Ideate and Implement Strategic Initiatives: Creatively contribute to the formulation of innovative strategies that align with GoHealth’s goals, and actively participate in implementing these strategies to drive business success.Autonomously Analyze Data: Independently gather, analyze, and interpret relevant data to derive actionable insights, utilizing a data-driven approach to inform decision-making processes and enhance the effectiveness of operational strategies.Build and Execute Operational Strategies: Develop comprehensive operational strategies based on data analysis and stakeholder input, and then lead the execution of these strategies to ensure successful implementation and achievement of business objectives.Manage multiple stakeholders: Navigate and balance the needs and expectations of various stakeholders to foster collaboration and maintain alignment with the overall strategic vision of GoHealth.


What we’re looking for: 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking and/or a strategy and operations role that blend the below qualities.

Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to independently analyze complex data sets, draw insightful conclusions, and translate findings into actionable strategies to drive business success. Strategic Thinker: Proven experience in ideating and implementing strategic initiatives, with a focus on contributing to core operational plans that align with organizational objectives. Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and the Executive team, fostering a cohesive working environment. Result-Driven, Autonomous Decision-Maker: Ability to autonomously make decisions and take initiative, showcasing a proactive approach to problem-solving and a capacity to drive results independently, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding key performance indicators. Project Management Skills: Experience in successfully managing projects from ideation to execution, demonstrating effective organizational and project management skills to ensure the seamless implementation of operational strategies. Adaptability: Willingness and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, demonstrating flexibility in response to evolving business needs and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
