Surf Office is a European-based facilitator of productive, authentic and effortless company retreats. Our clients include Google, Stripe, Invision, Automattic and Shopify.

We provide customised packages which include accommodation, workspace, team building activities, planning and facilitation of company retreats.

We are an international team working remotely. You can work from anywhere and are looking to fill this role with candidates from both the European and the US time zones.

Role Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads and inquiries via emailQualify leads based on predetermined criteria to determine their level of interest and fit for our servicesEducate prospects on the features, benefits, and value proposition of our services.Own our Sales CRM, ensuring all data for existing and new contacts is up to dateFollow up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

Basic Qualifications

Exceptional written and spoken English2+ years working remotely for a startup of less than 100 employees2+ years working in a sales or operations role

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient in Portuguese or Spanish to a native level1+ years working in a client-facing roleFamiliarity with CRM software and other sales tools
