Web3 Team Lead

Revelator Labs, an internal innovation and incubation team focused on amplifying Revelator’s core product across music and Web3 communities, is seeking a passionate and experienced Team Lead to manage its talented team of blockchain developers. At Revelator Labs we are focused on streaming royalties tokenization, self-custody management of Creative IP, and bringing liquidity and financial tooling for the creator economy via DeFi and Direct to Fan monetization tools.

About the Role

You will work on projects involving top tier artists from various genres in the music industry and cutting edge startups looking to revolutionize the music industry using the OriginalWorks protocol developed by Revelator Labs.You will be joining the team as we ship our products to market, leading the research and development team, shipping products and features at a high pace, alongside management of our technical documentation and integration support based on product requirements and customer feedback, and exploring scaling and privacy solutions for the music industry supply chain as a long term mission statement for the Original Works protocol.

Your work will include:

Maintaining and developing the Revelator Web3 technical stack and managing a team of 5 developersAssisting devs to provide technical specifications and documentationPrioritising technical tasks and managing the development process on JiraParticipate in integration and product calls as necessary
Coordination of the technical integration between the Revelator Pro (Web2 platform) and Web3 stacks


Requirements / Experience

Knowledge of the AWS ecosystemLAMBDA/microservice architectureNode.jsUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelinesExperience with React NativeAt least 5 years of blockchain developmentExperience managing development teams in an agile environmentProficient in the EVM stack, gas optimization and subgraph managementFamiliarity with the Ethereum roadmap and understanding of l2 scaling solutionsBasic understanding of zero knowledge proofs and other privacy solutions for unchained data and a passion to explore this spaceIn-depth understanding of web3 infrastructureExcellent written and spoken EnglishAttention to detail
